The Course

A professional development course for yoga teachers of all levels.

PART 1 of this course is designed to enhance your teaching skillset. Within this immersion course your dynamic language patterns will be brought to light. You will cultivate tools to enhance your skillset in leading an experiential yoga class.  You will learn and employ The Yoga Professional language formula adopting first & second level language skills. You will explore the class arc & intelligent sequencing and learn how to connect to the hearts of your students.

PART 2 of this course is designed as an Introduction to Yoga Assists. Within this immersion course you will be introduced to the various types of yoga assists, learn the profound impact assists can offer your yoga students, and how to facilitate them with purpose and confidence.

The TWO PARTS can be taken separately, yet it is advised to enrol for both as they complement each other and build upon your skills.

CURRICULUM

  • Techniques, Training & Practice (TTP)

    Group yoga practices throughout the immersion to fully embody teachings of dynamic language and sequencing.
    Experience and learn hand-on-assist techniques.

  • Teaching Methodology (TM)

    Learn and practice TYP language formula, introduction to intelligent sequencing,
    how to create a safe space, and connect to the hearts of your students. Practice hands-on-assists techniques.

  • Anatomy & Physiology (AP)

    An exploration of the layers within the multidimensional being, and the methodology yantra.

Participation Requirements

You must have a 200hr YTT graduate designation. You must demonstrate English-language competency. You must demonstrate medical and mental-health readiness. Applicants may be denied if it is determined that his/her participation would in any way jeopardize a safe and cohesive learning environment. Integrated Transformation may request additional documentation and/or clinical evaluations to evaluate medical and/or mental-health preparedness.
