When I originally met Maggie I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle and lose some weight and Maggie offered to support me through a 28 day cleanse program by checking in with me and helping with planning. She did that and so much more! In the beginning we would meet once a week for a weigh in and taking of measurements and some food planning. As time passed Maggie began giving me weekly workouts to try during the week. The 28 days came and went but Maggie’s support did not end. She helped me learn to run and train for a 5K race, not letting me give up when I wanted to. She continued to help me plan my meals, overcome obstacles, and set goals. I began to think of Maggie as a life/fitness coach. She was offering me so much more than great products, she was helping me become a more reflective person set on a path towards my goals. Each week I would show up with some success to report as well as a few “mistakes”. In the beginning I worried she would lecture me about my mistakes, however her actions and words were the exact opposite. She taught me to see the bright side of falling off the wagon and gave me the chance to learn from the experience. I thought I was signing on for a 28-day detox but what I got was so much more, it was a lifetime of knowledge. In the end I learned how to live a clean lifestyle, take care of my body and the most amazing part is I came away having developed a friendship with one of the most genuine people I have ever crossed paths with!
