Payment Options / Cancellations / Rescheduling

Payment can be made in full at start of contract.
13% HST applies to all services.
Payment plan available for select services with 5% surcharge.
Payment plan will extend the number of months of the contract with payments twice per month.
All private sessions are scheduled at time of booking.
If the student needs to cancel, it must be done within 24hrs of scheduled session otherwise the session will be marked as used.
If the teacher need to cancel or reschedule a class within 24hrs of a schedule class, the student will receive 1 additional class at no extra cost.
All classes must be used by the expiration date.
No refund available for unused classes.

Special Events:
Payment is received upon booking.

Additional travel costs may apply based on distance of location
Full refund will be issued if cancelled 72 hours before event.
No Refund within 72 hours of event.
